{"id":318,"date":"2018-11-06T18:10:52","date_gmt":"2018-11-06T18:10:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/microcast.eu\/?page_id=318"},"modified":"2020-03-17T13:54:33","modified_gmt":"2020-03-17T13:54:33","slug":"terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/microcast.eu\/en\/terms-and-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms and Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/1&#8243;][vc_custom_heading heading_semantic=&#8221;h1&#8243; text_size=&#8221;h1&#8243;]Terms and Conditions[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Payment by TT into our account bank: 30 days net. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">The material to be used is Zinc Alloy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Tool production lead time is approximately 4 weeks from date of order.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Sample submission lead time is approximately 6-8 weeks but subject to work load within Microcast\u2019s tooling facility at the time order placement is made. <\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>50% upon order confirmation.<\/li>\n<li>50% upon received FA Sample approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Our Liability for rejects due to manufacturing defects will only be limited to the value of the product piece price supplied.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Buyer agrees to absorb all material, finished goods, semi-finished goods, if buyer has to cancel the order after order is released.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Additional lab testing requirements to be done externally will be charged accordingly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Profit, overheads and engineering cost are not included in the cost of the tooling. In the event that buyer withdrawing the tooling from our premises before any committed production run is done, a prorated billing will be computed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">The prices are subject to confirmation upon sighting of customer\u2019s final component drawing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Prices quoted are based on an estimated weight of the die cast components and current prevailing material costs. Microcast Pte Ltd reserve the right to adjust the price of the die cast components to reflect the actual weight of the component and if material cost varies by more than 5% from prices at time of quote if that weight varies significantly for the initial estimated weight.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">Minimum Order Quantities to be adhered to for each delivery lot (breakdown quantity not allowed), failing which a setup fee will be required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s2\">All bank charges, if any, to be borne by customer.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/1&#8243;][vc_custom_heading heading_semantic=&#8221;h1&#8243; text_size=&#8221;h1&#8243;]Terms and Conditions[\/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text] Payment by TT into our account bank: 30 days net.
